This Privacy Architecture document details how atulchoudhary.com ("the Site") processes, protects, and routes data. Engineered with a privacy-first methodology on the Cloudflare Edge network, this architecture inherently minimizes data collection while maximizing security and transparency.

1. Data Architecture & Telemetry

The Site is designed to operate without collecting personally identifiable information (PII) by default. Data flow is restricted to anonymous, necessary telemetry:

• Edge Analytics: Cloudflare Web Analytics and self-hosted PostHog instances collect privacy-compliant, anonymized metrics (e.g., page views, country-level geographic regions, performance baselines) strictly to optimize the global delivery network.
• AI Interactions: Prompts submitted to the Cloudflare Edge AI models via the Command Palette are processed ephemerally. They are not persistently stored, nor are they utilized for training foundational LLMs.
• Voluntary PII: Email addresses and names submitted exclusively through secure contact protocols or meeting schedulers are encrypted at rest and used solely for professional correspondence.

2. Local Storage & Edge Caching

The Site adheres strictly to a zero-surveillance model, employing minimal client-side storage:

• Session State: Ephemeral tokens are maintained in secure localStorage to preserve UI integrity.
• Zero Ad-Tech: The infrastructure actively rejects all third-party advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, and fingerprinting mechanisms.

3. Infrastructure Partners

Data processing is exclusively distributed among Tier-1, compliance-verified enterprise partners:

• Cloudflare: Global CDN routing, DDoS mitigation, Edge Workers, and D1 databases. Cloudflare processes IP metadata strictly for security mitigation.
• Cloudflare Workers AI: Execution layers for AI inferences. Data is governed by enterprise privacy protocols preventing data absorption.

4. Data Lifecycle & Rights

Anonymized telemetry is subjected to a strict 12-month TTL (Time-To-Live). You reserve full rights to:

• Request a complete purge of any voluntarily submitted PII.
• Use browser-level strict tracking protection (e.g., uBlock, Brave Shields) without degradation of core site functionality.
• Audit our data handling practices by initiating contact via encrypted channels.
