1. Intellectual Property & Code Integrity

The architectural blueprints, UI design systems, proprietary code, and written technical literature hosted on this Site are the exclusive intellectual property of Atul Kumar Choudhary. You are expressly prohibited from:

  • Reverse-engineering the frontend architecture or Cloudflare Edge workers.
  • Cloning the bespoke UI components without explicit licensing.
  • Using the proprietary portfolio design as a direct template for commercial distribution.

Open-source repositories referenced via GitHub retain their own respective licenses (e.g., MIT, Apache 2.0).

2. AI Lab & Generative Systems

The Site embeds experimental AI integrations (e.g., the Command Palette AI agent). By interfacing with these systems, you acknowledge:

  • As-Is Operation: AI inferences are generated dynamically via LLMs. Outputs are non-deterministic, provided "as-is", and do not constitute professional or legal advice.
  • Usage Limits: Access to the AI systems is rate-limited at the Edge. Attempts to bypass telemetry, overload inference endpoints, or inject malicious payloads will trigger automated zero-trust blocks.

3. Acceptable Use Protocol

You agree to interact with the Site's infrastructure responsibly. The following vectors are strictly denied:

  • Deploying automated scrapers to harvest data for training third-party LLMs without consent.
  • Subjecting the Edge endpoints to stress testing, penetration testing, or DDoS simulations.
  • Mirroring the Site content to dilute search engine indexing via unauthorized replication.

4. Liability Limitation

The digital infrastructure is deployed for demonstrative and portfolio purposes. Atul Kumar Choudhary holds zero liability for any localized system failures, data discrepancies, or downstream consequences resulting from the application of concepts, code snippets, or architectural designs presented on this Site.
